. PLEASE properly credit any art you have from me; you are NOT permitted to repost my art on social media without credit (a tag to my instagram account, @auphanlm)

. editing my watermark off of my art, tracing my art, or claiming my art as your own will result in a block and/or blacklist of your account

. my artwork cannot be used for profit for any other people but myself (aside from adoptables i made that i have sold to you or if you have permission otherwise)

. backing out of a pre-claim involving my adoptables will bar you from buying any from that batch

. my designs have no trade cooldown and can be sold/traded any time after for a price equal to their buying price, or more if they have additional art

. i have the right to refuse a commission for any reason

. payment is required before i start your commission unless i give you explicit permission otherwise

. i do not do refunds after starting your commission unless there is an emergency situation or i am unable to complete your art
